Stress, The Motivation Killer

Stress. This is such a common word these days. We hear it everywhere. Either from our doctor, as in, "you need to remove some stress from your life to improve our blood pressure," or we hear ourselves say it about work or family. But the key is, is the stress we are talking about the good stress or the bad stress. You must be thinking "a good stress."
